What cities do you cover?
We currently cover Austin, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Phoenix. We are actively expanding to new cities every month.
How fresh is the data?
Our scrapers run daily against each supported municipality. Most permit data is available within 24 hours of being filed with the local permitting office.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Is this data legal to access?
Yes. Building permit data is public record. We aggregate publicly available information from municipal websites, the same data anyone could look up manually.
What format is the API?
Our API returns JSON over REST. We provide endpoints for searching permits, retrieving individual permit details, listing supported cities, and managing alerts. Full documentation is available in our API Docs.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 7-day free trial ends, you will need to choose a plan to continue accessing permit data. Your saved searches and alerts will be preserved. If you do not subscribe, your account remains active but data access is paused until you pick a plan.
